Cincinnati Public Radio is a community-supported nonprofit public media organization in Cincinnati, Ohio. It operates 91.7 WVXU, the region's NPR news station, and 90.9 WGUC, a 24-hour classical music station, along with 88.5 WMUB in Oxford, which carries WVXU's programming to communities north of the city. HD2 and HD3 digital channels add jazz and independent music. Its mission is to be the trusted, independent source of journalism, music and culture for the region.

WGUC signed on in 1960 as a University of Cincinnati station. A community nonprofit, Cincinnati Classical Public Radio, took over its operation in 1994 and acquired the license in 2002. In 2005 the organization bought WVXU from Xavier University and became Cincinnati Public Radio, and in 2009 it assumed operation of WMUB from Miami University.

The stations reach more than 211,000 broadcast listeners each week, with nearly 260,000 monthly website and app users. Its local newsroom produces the public affairs program Cincinnati Edition, and the organization produces podcasts and educational projects including Classics for Kids and Democracy & Me. Since 2025 it has been based at the Scripps Family Center for Public Media on Dana Avenue in the Evanston neighborhood, a new building with on-air and interview studios and a performance studio that it also offers for outside recording and video production.

Cincinnati Public Radio staff work in news, digital, music programming, production, corporate support and fundraising. It also offers paid internships to high school and college students in various departments throughout the year.
