WBJC 91.5 FM is a public, non-commercial radio station in Baltimore, Maryland, broadcasting a 24-hour schedule of classical music and arts information programming. The station began in 1951 on the campus of Baltimore Junior College with 125 watts, and its license is held today by its parent institution, Baltimore City Community College, a Maryland state agency. Its studios and offices are on Reisterstown Road in northwest Baltimore, near Pikesville.

WBJC's 50,000-watt signal reaches more than 100,000 listeners weekly across Maryland, the District of Columbia and portions of south-central Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Northern Virginia and the Delmarva Peninsula, and the station also streams online. It describes itself as the oldest and largest of Maryland's public radio stations and the only all-classical music station in Baltimore.

The station's mission is to extend the educational and cultural outreach of Baltimore City Community College, using radio to foster community awareness of classical music and the performing arts while enhancing the student experience at the college. Its schedule combines locally hosted classical music programming, interviews, AP News and information about music, dance, drama, film and visual arts events in Maryland and the region with broadcasts by orchestras and opera companies such as the New York Philharmonic and the Metropolitan Opera. Programs produced in its own studios include Music in Maryland, Face the Music, Music from Movies, Vocalise, Toccata, Booknotes and WBJC Operafest.

WBJC's staff covers general and business management, programming and operations, on-air announcing and production, membership and individual giving, and underwriting and corporate support. In cooperation with Baltimore City Community College, the station runs an internship program that teaches on-air, technical and management skills, and volunteers help the membership staff during on-air pledge drives.
